i have completed tasks from 3 different projects,as i tried to upload i am geting a msg tht the internet connection has not been established.firewalls have been checked.I am able to open the web sites so there is no connection problem. i ve tried restarting the BOINc manager.i have even reinstalled it.inspite of this i am not able to upload the results.BOINC manager has'nt been able to connect to the internet.so someone suggest something..

Processing is done one per CPU (or virtual CPU). The units here are large and may take 24-48 hours to do one, depending on the speed of your computer.

i have given preferance as anytime.. so the connections are always on.I am not even able to join any other project..My deadline for WU's are fast approaching..So any other suggestions??

Have you checked the staus under "Activity" on the BOINC manager on your computer.
If you have ADSL/DSL Broadband then you probably want "Run Always" selected as well as "Network Activity Always Available".
If you have "Run based on Preferences" then check you preferences under you account on the project web site.
If you have "Suspend" and "Network Activity Suspended" selected (a dot will be next to it), then change to "Run Always" or "Run based on Preferences".

thanx for the suggestion guys..Nothing worked out but i myself was able to resolve it by uninstalling BOINC and deleting the BOINC folder in program files(windows).i have downloaded new WUs and its crunching as usual.I have the copy of the old folder which has the results of E@h and idea how to upload the results???
