I don't know what to do. In February this year I create a new account using e-mail . But I computed nothing. But in October I have created a new account with the same e-mail.
The old account has the number 168815 and the new has the number 227591. But when I want to view my account using the e-mail address and password, I log into the old one. But the results which I am computing by using BOINC belongs to the new account. So I don't know what to do.
I've tried to change e-mail address on the old account, but I can't log into the new account, so I don't know what to do ...

Go to the old one, change the e-mail, password, etc. to garbage information. Log back into the new one, and fix everything to the correct info.
The way you may have created a new one is you asked BOINC to create a new account, instead of logging in an existing account. It's an easy one to mistake during the setup process.
