Norton Antivirus objecting to Einstein files (and others)

Morton Antivirus considered a file from you to be a vulnerability: HTTP PE File download Hash. 5/31/15 3:25:29 PM from 128.230.171.80 host einstein-dl.sys.edu
Norton had several listings of this sort from you, presumably while downloading work files to my computer.
It also objected to some files from other sources with the same language.
i7 imac running 10.10.3. latest Norton Anti virus.
Is there anything to be concerned about?
Several files are working via BOINC now on my comp. long running for my comp: started est time at around 100 hrs, though actually coming in around 30 hrs. Not using graphics card.

I highly doubt ANY RELIABLE BOINC PROJECT including Einstein is going to be distributing any type of virus/malware.
I would be 99.99% sure it is a FALSE POSITIVE.
My suggestion is to DISABLE REAL-TIME SCANS and WHITE LIST OF ALL BOINC PROGRAM FOLDERS and BOINC EXECUTABLE FILES to prevent future false positive "errors".
You did not specify EXACTLY which file or files Norton thinks are "dangerous".
Please list them in a reply post here so the project Administrators/Scientists can reassure you that they are 100% SAFE and attempt to get the files "considered safe" by Norton's and other Anti-Virus/Anti-malware products.

As Dr Who Fan said exclude all Boinc folders from your scanning, any respectable real virus will try to escape those folders and get caught by your AV program, and any 'false positive' will be ignored. The AV companies are all trying to outdo each other in their ability to be 'FIRST' to find a new virus and they are using 'predictive computing' to find them. This means if it acts like a virus it MUST be a virus therefore they mark it as one, even if it isn't really a virus. ALL Boinc Projects have AV software on their Servers, they are contacting the AV companies about the problems and are working on them. Collatz, for one, has already changed his app to avoid the new AV scanners and their false positives.
