I had to take my Pentium IV down due to some remodelling. I see now that I have Einstein@Home listed as a program but no work unit is being processed and I'm not sure as to how to get new work. My machine was off for around 2 days. How do I get new work?

Depends what you mean by

Depends what you mean by "Einstein@home listed as a program".
If Boinc is running, try to reset Einstein.
If Boinc is not running then install Boinc again.
