After reinstalling the operating system and Merge computers by name on a website project it is impossible to see the "Details" and "Tasks" of the computer ID: 12094793.
The website says: "Couldn't find computer" and
"Unable to handle request No computer with ID 12094793 found"

Please help.

No computer found after merge

There might be a problem with the allocation of new computer IDs. The most recent one that exists seems to be 12094771 which was generated almost 8 hours ago. Newer ones than that (including yours) give the messages you have reported if you try to access their details.

I'm sure there should be more hosts generated in the last 8 hours so it's not a problem unique to you, I would assume. I've sent a PM to the Devs asking them to look into this. I don't imagine there will be a response until people are back at work.

Cheers,
Gary.

I think there may be also a problem which is somehow inhibiting display of recently reported work in the web site user task lists.

I reported eight or nine tasks across three hosts at 1:13 UTC on October 21, but when I looked at the various task reporting pages could find nothing with an October 21 return date/time.

On looking a little harder, it seems likely the vacant space goes back to earlier than that. On looking across my three active hosts the most recently returned task I find listed shows a 17:24:39 return time. Possibly that is a similar onset problem time to the new computer ID issue you have identified.

Strange things can happen

Strange things can happen when you do something as simple as a clean install of the same OS on a host here.

A couple months ago I did the clean install of Win7 on this one of mine and when I checked its stats it had all the numbers the same EXCEPT now the Total Credit is just over 5 millions but in fact it has over 35 million.

I didn't lose those credits in my Total just on the Total of this one host.

The user web pages are fed

The user web pages are fed from the replica database, which apparently lost its connection to the master DB. This means that recent updated to the DB (like attaching a new host) currently don't get through to the web site.

Sorry for the inconvenience, first thing we'll work on as soon as we get to our office.

Also web pages for user stats are not updating, not showing completed WU or issued WU to clients. Probably for same reason as hosts problem?

Well, it's Oct. 21st, 2015

Well, it's Oct. 21st, 2015 after all. I guess it's time for Back To The Future, so we're currently restoring the replica DB from a dump and will let it catch up with latest events.

Trust Mr. Fusion! We'll keep you posted...

All seems well, as the latest

All seems well, as the latest post in the Technical News thread on this topic would suggest.

One behavior at a late stage in the recovery that surprised me was that clicking on the task link on the user account page took me to an account login page, which just repeated if I complied (I was already logged in at the time).

That behavior has passed, and I can again see my tasks, pending, and such.
