A user asked me about his team http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/team_display.php?teamid=13431 and why it wasn;t showing in my stats at http://stats.free-dc.org/

There is no entry in the xml file exported for teamid=13431.

Is there some issue with the export process? Or is there anything else that would preclude this team from appearing in the file?

Missing entries in the exported team file

Same here; I assumed it's because there was an outage on the e@h website yesterday (see this thread).

Actually looking a little

Actually looking a little closer at that team, I think, perhaps it had zero credit whilst any of the members were actually on the team. I think they just joined it yesterday, but the credits are not transferred to the team.

I don't believe the standard BOINC export process exports data for teams (or users/hosts) when the credit is zero.

In my stats, Gandalf_the_Grey is still a member of XtremeSystems and blackheeler is a member of Musketeers.

It is showing with 754 credit at this time though, so perhaps next export will contain it.

This one transfered me over without any current credits and it carried over my original credits.

yeah, but it looks like

yeah, but it looks like blackheeler did some credit there already (whilst a member of the team) and since then, the export has run so the team is in the export file..
