How to merge multi computer ids

You can only merge hosts with the same CPU and OS

If you use the same e-mail and accountkey your new computer will be added,
so it will look like you have 4 hosts.

[EDIT]and the new credits will be added to the existing stats[/EDIT]

ok well i have always used

ok well i have always used the same login/key for running the program. About 3 or 4 weeks ago when einstein updated and recieved more work was when my credits went to zero. it was almost like the account had been reset. But if i log into some of the stat trackers they will show my old credits or will show my new credit amount. this is wierd.

There are several alan's listed at boincstats. Which are the ones?

if you will look for me as

if you will look for me as bmfhp50 it will narrow it down in the search then bring up einstein. I had to use different names on different projects. When you look at the einstein it shows 336XX for my credit. but my boinc client that I run shows only 3960. in the boinc stats page it shows about 47 days ago that my accumulated credit dropped back to zero and I had to start again. This is the only project that did this. again, thank you all for your assistance with this.

I suppose you just selected the wrong checkbox. While filling the forms of the "attach to project" wizard, there comes the question: Create new account or use existing account?

An easy mistake to make.

To use the old account, detach from E@H and reattach using the other account, alan, the one you are using to post. Please note, merging or deleting accounts is not possible.
