New BOINC Team Not Recognized by E@H

I used BAM to found a new team a few days ago. Since then, the new team "shorepower" has been recognized by my nine other BOINC projects, but not by E@H.

I speculate that this may be because the team categories for E@H and BAM are not identical - there is no regional category in BAM, for example.

Any advice? Thanks!
