Cannot sign in E@H BOINC Manager on one machine

When I try to sign in to Einstein@Home on BOINC client version 7.16.20 for windows_x86_64 it says "login failed check the email address and password and try again," but the same login credentials worked on two other machines and on the E@H website. I've tried changing my password, using one without special characters, and disabling my VPN but the problem persists. How can I fix this? Could it be because I already have 4 other projects added?
